Free class designed for the seniors in our community - Making exercise fun through drumming. Cardio drumming is one of the newest ways to do aerobic exercise that is more fun than any exercise you have done. A pair of drumsticks and a yoga ball (both are provided). This will be fun and your whole body will be engaged, and you won't want to stop because of how much fun it is. Cardio drumming is not your typical exercise; it does not just promote your physical health it actually helps enhance your overall well- being. The drumming is easily modified for everyone.
