I have been in the business world actively working since 1970. That means I have become a seasoned citizen. I am a licensed mechanical contractor and have been working in the energy conservation arena for my career. I love helping my customers reduce their overall costs of operation. SOME of my technologies used are: Lighting Retrofits, Mechanical Upgrades, Water Conservation, Building Automation Systems and upgrades, Monitoring and verification of results.
